We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and are subject to the following terms.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product, you may request a refund or replacement. Please review the conditions below for further details.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

- Then, contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Exchanges & Replacements
We do not accept exchanges. However, if your product is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it within 14 days of delivery. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Damaged Goods Reporting
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage. This will help us expedite the replacement or refund process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order. If a refund is issued, the product cost will be refunded, but shipping fees will not be included.

Processing Orders
We strive to process orders within two business days. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (excluding U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location. If your order qualifies for free shipping (orders of $40 or more after discounts are applied), it will be shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days.
Free Shipping Conditions
Free shipping applies only to orders that total $40 or more after any applicable discounts. If your order falls below $40 after discounts are applied, free shipping will not be available.
